Job desc :

• Resolve product or service problems from agent; handle complains, address issues and provide solutions
• Build sustainable relationships of trust trough open and interactive communication
• Use telephones or tools to reach out our agents and verify account information
• Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods / tools

Requirements :

• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively
• Ability to constantly work in shift
• Proven customer support experience
