Qualification Lowongan Kerja Semarang Oktober 2020 di PT Pacific Furniture :

DRAFTER FURNITURE

Responsibilities:

• Sample development in collaboration with Process Engineer
• New products development in collaboration with Production Manager

Qualification Requirements:

• Preferable graduate from Furniture School
• 2D and 3D Autocad Software
• Knows How to render using Auto Desk Maya/ 3D Studio Max or equivalent
• Woodworking and furniture construction knowledge
• Experience in drafter at least 2 years.
• Detail and accurate calculation Skills

HRD STAFF

Deskripsi Pekerjaan :

• Membantu mereview ketentuan terkait hak, keharusan karyawan, perusahaan dan memonitor pelaksanaannya (perhitungan kompensasi and Benefit)
• Membantu menyelesaikan problem pelanggaran perundangan ketenagakerjaan, memonitor dan menampilkan ajuan perbaikannya
• Membangun kekerabatan baik dengan internal dan eksternal perusahaan (masyarakat, instansi, pemerintah, dan institusi terkait lainnya) untuk mendukung kesibukan terkait industrial/employee relation
• Memastikan seluruh peraturan perusahaan/kebijakan yang berlaku di perusahaan sesuai UU / hukum yang berlaku dilaksanakan dan dilakukan dengan baik
• Melakukan penanganan problem Hubungan Industrial (Mediasi, Bipartit, Tripartit dan PHI)
• Membantu pekerjaan yang bermitra dengan HRD

Kualifikasi :

• Usia optimal 35 tahun
• Pendidikan S1 
• Memiliki pengalaman dibidang yang serupa minimal 3 Tahun
• Memiliki kesanggupan komunikasi dan perundingan yang baik
• Paham UU No. 13 tahun 2003 ihwal Ketenagakerjaan
• Paham Petunjuk Penyelesaian Perselisihan Hubungan Industrial (UU Hubungan Industrial)
• Paham Ms. Excel dan memiliki pengertian yang bagus terkait tata cara di HRD

COSTING FURNITURE

Job Description:

• Analyze Production flow, Read cutting pattern, Material Calculation
• Creating costing on the resulting product design
• Working closely with Product Development Team

Requirement:

• Diploma or Bachelor Degree at any field.
• Maximum 35 Years Old
• Minimum 2 years working experience in the field of handicraft / furniture
• Fluent in Auto Cad, 3D Max, Excel

WAREHOUSE SUPERVISOR

Deskripsi Pekerjaan

Responsibilities:

• Make a plan for the procurement of goods and their distribution
• Supervise and control warehouse operations
• Become a leader for all warehouse staff
• Supervise and control all incoming and outgoing goods according to the SOP
• Check the goods received according to the SOP
• Make a planning, supervision and warehousing reports
• Ensuring the availability of goods as needed
• Supervise the work of other warehouse staff to comply with work standards
• Ensure activities in and out of goods run smoothly
• Report all transactions in and out of goods to and from the warehouse

Qualification Requirements:

• Experience from Furniture Company at least 2 year
• Diploma or Bachelor Degree at any field.
